They are looking for someone who wants to be full-time and grow with a company. Ideally this person has to come from an Oracle environment and has experience in the manufacturing modules. Summary: Works directly with business users from internal departments to analyze complex business problems and recommend IT solutions. Provides business and system expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing specifications and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Works with internal clients to design functional details of business solutions and provides consultation to users in the area of automated business applications. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business issues. Gains a comprehensive understanding of clients business processes and needs and translates functional specifications to applications & business programmers for development. Related Experience:4+ years in IT business analysis or support positions with high-level problem solving experience.
