This is a 2 month temporary position at 40 hours per week.

Formulations Production Scientist

Performs simple calculations according to procedures, and maintains accurate records of work performed according to GLP, GMP, and QSRs

Manufactures buffers and diluents according to standard operating procedures and work instructions

Participates on a Continuous Process Improvement Team, and is a contributor to team efforts within the department

Typically receives minimal instruction on routine work; general instruction son new assignments

Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

Skills

Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry or related field required

Previous laboratory work experience preferred, especially in an FDA/ISO regulated manufacturing environment

Must be able to follow approved work instructions with attention to detail

Ability to prioritize work tasks

Ability to work within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Possesses excellent communication and time management skills

Experience with MS Office products, email
