Compensation: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year

If interested, please send an updated resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resum]PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for day to day operational support of network infrastructure and services.Responsible for implementing solutions to network issues. Create documentation for network infrastructure. Maintain and operate multiple network management tools and systems.Assist in the creation of processes and procedures for network infrastructure.Assist in capacity planning and capacity augmentation.Deliver solutions/services in agreed-upon timeframe, meeting applicable interim milestones and project deadlines.Review and implement processes and procedures for the infrastructure.Work with infrastructure engineers on complex network implementations and issues.Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.Experience: 3+ years in the following:Support and deployment of LAN/WAN networksExperience with F5, Infoblox and Cisco Nexus desiredA proven track record troubleshooting technical issues An understanding of routing protocols and principles Knowledge of firewall rules and NAT policies Experience with Cisco command line interfaceUnderstanding of DNSIP network design and routing architecturesEthernet LAN switching protocols and standards including VLANs, Ether Channel, PVLANs, Spanning Tree and 802.1Q.Design, implementation and support of large layer 2 networksRouter and switching technologiesFirewalls and remote access (VPN tunnel) technologiesOther knowledge, skills, and abilities:Excellent writing and documentation skillsSelf-motivated, quick learner, team player Strong communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced operational environment Ability to answer customer calls and work issues via trouble ticket proficiently and independentlyOn-call shift rotation required
