Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the development of marketing strategies, plans and for driving the execution of quality marketing and communication pieces to meet Prime Therapeutics business objectives.

Responsibilities

* Responsible to identify, lead and execute effective marketing plans for internal stakeholders and clients

* Responsible for staying abreast of consumer research , customer insight data, market conditions and competitor information

* Responsible for understanding the needs of our key business stakeholders and of our clients

* Ensure the Prime Therapeutics position and key messages are consistent throughout all marketing communication pieces

* The "keeper" of the Prime Therapeutics style and corporate brand. Ensure adherence in all pieces so overall brand is intact

* Development of all consumer targeted sales and marketing collateral

Manage the marketing communications responsibilities in order to coordinate workload, insure quality, establish procedures and maintain existing procedures, and manage the costs of the services being provided

* Write creative briefs in support of multi-channel marketing initiatives (i.e., new programs, misc. communications, collateral pieces, etc.).

* Manage and update the Web site content for specific initiatives to ensure current and useful information in support of our marketing objectives

* Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in marketing or communications

5 to 7 years marketing communications experience

2+ years management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to write and manage communication pieces for a wide variety of audiences

Strong interpersonal communication skills, including team leadership, conflict resolution and listening

Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality

Ability to work under pressure and strict timeframes

Strong strategic thinking and problem solving skills
