Volunteers of America Minnesota, has operated residential reentry centers since 1969. The facilities provide residential reentry services for men and women who are allowed to complete part of their sentences in a community-based work-release facility. This affords them the opportunity to restore community ties, obtain employment, and pay a portion of their care and supervision to the state or federal jurisdictions that have authority over them for the period of their stay in the RRC.

We are seeking a Program Manager for our facility located in Roseville, MN. The primary duties of the Program Manager include facility oversight, program services, resident/client accountability, and adherence to regulatory and contracting agencies. Job Requirements

For consideration, candidates must possess the following:

• BA/BS degree in criminal justice orclosely related field; will consider four (4) years equivalent experience in additon to the minimum
• Three (3) years supervisor/management expereince in a residential setting; experience in a correctional setting is preferred
• Above average interpersonal skills
• Strong written skills with prior experience with contracts and RFPs
• Demonstrated team building expertise with a high level of success
