Responsibilities

Provide network and serversupport at main office, data center(s), and remote sites.Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting (RCA), and optimizing multi-vendor L2/L3 switches, Cisco ASA, Cisco IP telephony, FTP/SFT, Motorola WAN.Assist in installation, administering new hardware, OS, server applications, clustering, and loadbalancing infrastructure.Responsible for support andadministration of network infrastructure, to include; Cisco ASA, Ciscoswitch & routing, Cisco IP Telephony, Juniper mixed chassis 1/10 GbE L2/L3, and Motorola WLAN.Responsible for support andadministration of Windows Server, to include; W2K3 +, AD, FTP, CIFSParticipate in On-Call supportrotation and patch and update schedules, as assigned.Create and update detailed network and server infrastructure documentation.Strong analytical andprofessional office experience needed.Qualifications

Knowledge of networking equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers. LAN, WAN, DNS, VOIP, IP security, NAT, ACLs, STP, BGP, OSFP, PPP, MPLS, VPLS,EVPN, SNMP.

Experience with security toolsto include: Cisco VPN, RSA server and devices and anti-virus.

Extensive systems knowledge with specific knowledge of Windows Server, AD, FTP, CIFS, and MS Outlook

VMware experience and certification preferred.

Physical plant and data center experience desired.

Experience with Cisco IPTelephony, Extreme networks, Motorola WLAN, Globalscape EFT and fax clustersdesired.

Microsoft Servercertifications: MCITP, MCSA, or MCSE (MCSE preferred)

Networking certifications: CCNA, CCNP, (ASA Security preferred), JNCIA, JNCIS (JNCIS-ENT preferred)

Healthcare information technology experience at an enterprise level preferred

3+ continuous years of system and network administration and support

B.S., A.S., or allied degree is required or equivalent work experience.
