The Homestead at Anoka is seeking Dietary Aides for our campus. The Homestead at Anoka campus features 120 skilled nursing suites and 59 assisted and independent living apartment homes. Our residents will be living in home like neighborhoods with many amenities including club room, general store, and chapel/community rooms. We provide our residents with a home in a resident focused culture.
The primary purpose of the Dietary Aide is to provide quality food services and a pleasant dining experience for our residents. The Homestead at Anoka campus features 120 skilled nursing suites and 59 assisted and independent living apartment homes. Our residents will be living in home like neighborhoods with many amenities including club room, general store, and chapel/community rooms. We provide our residents with a home in a resident focused culture.
1. Assists in defined food preparation, serving of meals and cleaning duties according to proper procedures, using various dietary equipment and supplies, as assigned by the Director of Dietary, Management Team and/or Cook.
2. Understands and follows procedures related to all duties or special assignments as directed by the Director of Dietary, Management Team and/or Cook.
3. Attends required in-services and completes assigned on-line modules.
4. Follows reporting procedures for the following:
a. Observed resident concerns.
b. Supply and equipment needs.
c. Damaged, unsafe, malfunctioning equipment.
d. Conditions related to breeding insects, rodents, or other vermin.
* Hours Available – Part Time 4:30 to 7:00 P.M. & 11:00am to 2:00pm
