Our ability to leverage your Oracle expertise and commitment to new technology will provide you with a great next step in your career.--Hiring ManagerRoles and Responsibilities: The position supports and implements applications that are part of the Oracle Applications E-Business Suite (including Oracle Projects, Project Resource Management, Project Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Service Contracts, Advanced Pricing, OBIE) at FICO. Ensuring the user requirements are correctly defined and met is a challenging role. Our atmosphere is fast-paced and constantly rewarding as the Business Applications team supports and implements new software that improves the efficiency of business processes. Develops and maintains relationship with the Finance, Accounting, HR and Operations user communities Supports user community in the use of Oracle R12 Applications Provides outstanding customer support to user community Works with user community to implement new application functionality Gathers requirements from user community and designs system enhancements Writes requirements and design documentation as well as test scenarios Tests software Resolves system issues Trains users Follows defined Change Control Process Some work outside of normal business hours may be required for support and implementation purposes.

Job Requirements

Education and or Certifications: B.S. or B.A. in Information Systems, Business, Finance or Accounting CPA, MBA or finance/accounting experience preferredExperience and Quaifications: 5+ years applicable business or IT experience Experience with Oracle Applications E-Business Suite R12 highly preferred Deep knowledge in one or more of the Oracle Financial modules Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Order Management, Project Accounting, Fixed Asset. Strong cross-functional experience in 1 or more of the following modules: iExpense, HR, OTL, PJR, Advanced Pricing, Service Contracts or OBIE EB Tax experience is a big plus Demonstrated ability to work with Oracle support to efficiently resolve issues Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Good analytical and problem solving skills Strong desire to learn new applications and processes Ability to provide outstanding customer support of existing applications Ability to quickly understand both business and technical concepts Why make a move to FICO?
