In addition, many states where we have a current presence have announced plans to reprocure, and in some cases add new products (e.g. long term care) to prepare for health coverage expansion. As part of this, we need strong business operations to ensure that we exceed the expectations for our State customers. The Member Engagement Team is a key factor in those operations, ensuring that our member operations - eligibility and enrollment, ID cards and materials, inbound and outbound call centers, and member engagement meet our contractual requirements and delivery outstanding service to our members.This position is a leadership role focused on our growth. Specifically, this role will manage the implementations of our new business. They will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects across various functional areas, and they provides subject matter expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established project management techniques. They will be required to makes presentations to management on project updates, project cycle, and expected results, and they will ensures projects are completed on time and in scope.Additionally, this role will work with our internal partners and vendors to define project scope and performance expectations.Success factorsAssesses and interprets customer needs and requirements. Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems. Demonstrates ability to clearly document information and communicate to key stakeholdersProven focus on details and tracking of issues until resolutionSolves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses. Acts as a resource for others with less experience.Major ResponsibilitiesRead, understand and assess RFP responses and materials, with the goal of documenting operational implications Create and manage project plans with key metrics Lead team meetings with cross functional partners. Use agendas and provide meeting notes Document business requirements and process flows Anticipate issues and facilitate resolutionHold teams accountable Presentations and updates to senior leadership on project status and issues

Job Requirements

BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and/or equivalent education and experience. 4+ years of project management experience 4+ years experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions. Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Strong project management and organization skills, with a desire and willingness to dig into the details of specific projects to ensure the appropriate approach and the best use of company resources. Strong business analysis skills (at least 3 years) Able to read, interpret and assess contractual requirements, and implement operations consistent with both contractual and business goals. Deep commitment to Medicaid populations, with an understanding and appreciation for State contractual requirements and social goals Proven ability to create and implement strategic planning and direction while delivering on results. Proven ability to lead and develop a team. Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
