We are currently hiring Credit Review Representatives for our customer, Bluestem Brands. We are seeking candidates who have strong attention to detail, are dedicated and self-motivated to assist customers in verifying details of application and researching additional information as needed. With this opportunity you will gain experience working on a dialer, manually dialing customers, as well as receiving inbound calls.
To set you up for success, you will be training for 2 weeks Monday - Friday, starting October 7th from 2pm - 6PM. Training will be Monday - Friday, pay during training will be $9.50. Upon successful completion of training, your pay will increase. We are hiring for Credit Manual Review Representatives to work in the call center. Schedules after training will be either 2PM-6PM or 4PM-8PM Monday- Friday Saturday shifts depending on the business needs of Bluestem.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:6 months Customer Service experience in one of the following:-call center -retail-restaurant Ability to navigate in a Windows environmentAccurate data entry & typing skillsAbility to sit for long periods of timeProfessional telephone skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsProven problem solving abilityCapacity to work independently or in a team environment
