Job Description

We are looking for a technical leader with great interpersonal skills to lead a portion of our Commercialization Team. This position will be responsible for building, developing, and leadingour Commercialization Competency Team. The team will be comprised of informal leaders in technical manufacturing processes to help businesses across the enterprise solve issues and follow best practices. The new leader will be responsible to ensure delivery of their functional area of responsiblity with excellence and focuses on satisfying customer requirements in a way that contributes to the sucess of the enterprise. Promotes cross-functional collaboration to meet the needs of the business. Developing and coaching engineers/technical leaders is a key focus of this position. Occastional travel will be required to ensure we are supporting leaders across the enterprise.

Job Requirements

BS - Engineering Field

10+ years of experience

5+years of leadership experience

Team Building / Talent Development Skills

Project Managment Experience (PMP preferred)

Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

Financial/Budgetary Management
