Responsibilities: Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst in Minneapolis, MN.Job Description:Under direct supervision and in a learning capacity, assists in the creation, preparation, and implementation of systems quality assurance reviews and the development and execution of test plans and test scripts.Responsibilities:

• Interacts with users to share information and clarify instructions
• Creates basic test plans using templates and guidelines
• Works with more experienced analysts to create and select test cases and create test scripts
• Performs simple test data conditioning, regression testing and testing validation
• Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects
• Documents all phases of the Systems QA process

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of industry standard reporting tools and applications
• Knowledge of quality management practices
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• 1+ years IT quality assurance and systems/application testing experience
