We are DFA-the premium provider of market opportunities for farmers and a value-added supplier of innovative dairy products and food components for customers around the world.Maintain dryer, tower, ground floor, clean, sanitizeing and all operating records.Record all powder on daily production sheets. Assure all proper coding and reruns are recorded.Collect product samples making sure products meet customer specifications. Monitor equipment. Follow established plant and cleaning procedures. Correct unsafe acts, conditions and accidents and bring to Supervisors attention. Cover vacations, and other overtime as needed or required. Assist other departments as needed. Assist with on the job training of new and existing employees. Attend and participate in all Safety meetings. Perform other work as assigned.

Job Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED 3+ years prior manufacturing experience required. Milk Drying experience preferred Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to multi-task Must be flexible to support multiple shifts
