Located in Eden Prairie, we are currently seeking a talented, enthusiastic individual to join our Firm.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and reviewing financial statements (compiled/reviewed)

Preparing and reviewing income tax returns (individual, partnership, multistate, and corporate)

Assisting clients with bookkeeping and adjusting journal entries

Directing the work of associate staff members

Providing various tax, business and accounting consulting services

Conducting special projects as assigned

Competencies:

Ability to organize work and projects, prioritize and meet deadlines

Strong attention to details

Communicates effectively in both written and verbal capacities

Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented

Qualifications and/or Experience:

Required:

A Bachelors Degree in Accounting

At least 5 yearsof recent public accounting experience

CPA licensure or actively working towards CPA licensure

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (a focus on Word and Excel)

Knowledge of internal revenue code, tax law, tax processes and general tax software

Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and knowledge of review and compilation standards

Preferred:

Proficient with QuickBooks
