Compensation: $61,363.99 to $75,000.00 per year

If interested, please send an updated resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resum].Responsibilities Design, implement and recommend network technologies including directory, messaging, database, systems management, LOB, server virtualization, network storage and security Create recurring revenue as an engagement manager by providing high quality technical solutions and exemplary customer service (including strong verbal and written communications and follow-up skills) Assist sales team in identifying and closing opportunities through customer meetings and presentations. Provide skilled independent help-desk capabilities by phone, remote or face-to-face with our clients. Ability to independently debug complex problems. Independently install and upgrade software and hardware as needed. Maintains detailed awareness and understanding regarding current software and technical procedures. Ability to independently perform complex network functions. Interfaces with third party vendors to assist with problem resolution. Support our Remote Monitoring and Management products. Adhere to all company internal policies and procedures. Works the required hours to complete assigned tasks.Education/Experience/Skills Requirements Degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited university 5+ years of technical experience with increasing responsibility Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory design, implementation and administration skills are required Backup & Disaster Recovery planning and implementation skills are required Strong background in networking (Firewalls, Cisco routers/switches, network protocols, VPN. . .) is required Network storage (SAN, NAS, Backup) experience required HyperV/VMware/XenServer Server Virtualization experience a plus Scripting, Powershell, and coding skills are a plus Senior Level Industry Certificationso Microsofto VMwareo Cisco Experience working in an outsourced IT consulting environment is a plus Must have excellent organizational and project management skills Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Must be adaptable and capable of learning new software quickly. Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record
