Position Description:

You would work as a part of a dynamic team involved with software, web, portal, mobile, application, and other testing for new systems and/or enhancements with a focus on both manual and/or automated testing tools, test script and test plan creation and maintenance, defect tracking and reporting. Responsibilities will include but not limited to, user acceptance testing of client and product in multiple browsers across web platforms, the review and analysis of client decision guides, the configuration of client and product data. Primary Responsibilities:Create and execute UAT (User Acceptance Test) cases and scripts based for consumer facing web and mobile applications.Translate concepts to practicePerform and respond to routine or standard requestsUse existing procedures and facts to solve complex problemsTest various applications relating to a releaseAssist in the delivery of monthly/quarterly reporting on testing resultsAnalyze defects and establish reporting mechanismsCreate and manage defects using Quality Center softwareLiaise with business sponsors to understand business priorities and requirementsAct as a technical mentor for other team members to successfully execute the UAT test planOperate as a SME for division applications and internal projects/initiatives to address user acceptance testing issues and concernsWork with product and client implementation teams to ensure the quality of delivered software; ensure timely bug resolutionTrain junior staff and consultantsPerform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Requirements:Bachelors degree3+ years of experience in a consumer facing website environment4+ years of testing experience (primarily System, User Acceptance)2+ years of experience with SQL (running queries, etc.)Assets:Masters DegreeExperience with HP Quality CenterExperience with automation of test scriptsHealthcare industry experienceHP Application Lifecycle Management
