Positions on this team are focused on driving an improved member experience as well as one that exceeds the Clients service level expectations. This position will be a subject matter expert regarding the incentive process and will spend time reengineering and simplifying the operational delivery model to improve execution and the client/member experience as well as delivering new operational capabilities that are simple, scalable, cost effective and of high quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business or HS diploma/GED with 4+ years of equivalent Business Operations experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely both in verbal and written form
- Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems
required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint Visio).
- Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required.
- Excellent time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures.
- Ability to navigate matrixed and complex environments in and across teams
- Ability to gather, analyze and interpret data.

Preferred
- Quality Assurance experience
- Microsoft Visio experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
