Job Classification: Contract Our client is currently looking for a Retail Store Sales Associate to interview and start immediately. Main responsibilities include, but not limited to: customer contact to close of deal, service to customers by maintaining showroom, implementing promotion/advertisement strategy, adhering to pricing structure, and full-service customer assistance.Job Duties: -Establish professional, yet personalized rapport with the customer upon contact; by phone or in person. -Answer all questions, providing detailed information, and establishing trust with the customer to close of sale. -Describing and promoting product in line with customers expressed needs as well as promoting purchase of related products, sale of maintenance agreements, etc. -Promote extended warranty/maintenance agreements, parts and accessories purchases. -Assure customer understanding of pricing, terms of sale and warranty, delivery schedule, guarantees, financing, etc. -Order new product for customer as necessary. -Accurately and comprehensively prepare any and all paperwork invoice, receipt, sold tag, out-of-box sheet and warranty information as set forth in company procedures, reviewing all in detail with customer. Obtain all necessary signatures and correct payment. -Handle all monies and receipts in an accurate and secure manner, following procedural instructions for deposits, record keeping, security measures, etc. -Assist as necessary with loading of products into customer vehicles. -Assist with unloading of supply trucks as needed.If you are interested in the position, please send an updated resume to the address provided.
