For more information, visit www.ascensus.com. Position Purpose: This position will be responsible for timely and accurate routing of electronic images for all processing teams. Act as liaison and central point of contact for all departments within Ascensus. Ensuring productivity, quality, all established service levels are achieved on a daily basis.We are proud to be an EEO employer M/F/D/V.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate routing of transactions to all internal business groups.
Coordinate daily workflow for all business groups including AISC.
Ability to direct scanned transaction images for all internal business groups.
Research and resolve misdirected transaction images.
Collaborates with team members to continuously improve processes and in meeting goals.
Provides input to Management on client issues, escalated potential risks that impact either service satisfaction and/or financial liability.
Monitor queries throughout the day to ensure timely routing to all business units.
Quality control validation for incoming documents.
Provide functional training to staff on workflow requirements and upgrades.
Act as team lead for special indexing projects.
Achieve service level goals for all lines of business.
Provide management reporting as required.
Research and resolve comments or client requests as assigned.
Facilitate departmental cross-training program.
Provide feedback/solutions to manager to minimize risk and improve processes.
Serve as initial point of contact for all Ascensus internal business units.
Address complaint cases on a timely basis, escalate to management when necessary.
Improve operations of unit by making recommendations for improvement as needed.
Resolves internal and external client issues by responding to all correspondence within communicated service level timeframe.
Represents Ascensus in a professional manner through use of professional format and tone in verbal and written correspondence.
Meet expectations of the job by attendance, punctuality as indicated in the employee policy handbook.
Consistently provide a high level of Customer Service while communicating and coordinating with internal/external business units to assist in issue resolution.
Overtime may be required to meet business needs (weekdays / weekends)

Critical Skills and Required Competencies:
Candidate should have knowledge of PC and keyboard, intellectual curiosity, ability to work as a team player, organizational skills, good oral and written communications skills, interpersonal skills and a service orientation.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma.
Experience with PCs and MS Office software applications.
Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills required.
Advanced knowledge of internal workflows.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced high stressed environment.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to work in a team environment to ensure common goal of providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work overtime and meet the needs of cyclical trends of the business organization.
Ability to escalate issues to appropriate levels within the organization.
Ability to communicate effectively (clear, concise, professionally) with all levels within the ASCENSUS organization
Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Must have knowledge pertaining to all other business groups (Internal Workflow Processes)
Knowledge of imaging systems required.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
