Major Responsibilities:

 

• Oversees and develops plans to reduce maintenance costs at all Bridon plants.

 

• Oversees new equipment and parts purchases, installation, and training, researching to identify lowest costs.

 

• Develops and implements pollution prevention plans.

 

• Monitors and reduces energy consumption.

 

• Troubleshoots electrical cabinets containing relays, overload devices, PC, etc.  Is familiar with electrical schematics.

 

• Assists Materials Engineer in developing new products.

 

• Understands ISO procedures and completes required reporting

Job Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in industrial maintenance environment

 

• 4 year engineering degree or equivalent work experience

 

• Excellent communication skills

 

• Plastic industry experience helpful
