Reporting to the Director Finance and Accounting, the talented Pricing Analystwe seek will assist with pricing analysisand the administration and maintenance of price lists to ensure accurate transactional based pricing within all Elkay Wood Products systems. This includes standard list pricing, net pricing, and account pricing. Additional responsibilities include providing transaction based solutions to support sales and marketing programs and providing sales and marketing with results from analytics to make recommendations on pricing strategy. Specific responsibilities include:

• Assist with new product pricing and price modeling for Elkay Wood Products
• Analyze data and provide recommendations for pricing strategy.
• Works with customer service, marketing, BOM. and finance to resolve price discrepancies on orders.
• Assist with tracking price trends and providing sales and marketing with input on strategic pricing.
• Use tool set and reporting to provide data in support of transaction processes and services for channel partners.
• Assist with maintenance and improvement of current pricing on existing products

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Marketing or related field of study.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience with administration positions requiring decision making responsibility.
• Exposure to sales and pricing practices in wholesale, contractor direct and home center distribution channels for construction related products and services.
• PC literacy, Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel skills required).
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data mining and summarizing data.
• Detail oriented, highly organized.
• Excellent communicator with a concentration on conflict management and issue resolution.
