Job Description
Sales Administrator - Minnetonka, MN The Sales Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks and processes within our residential sales segment. They will identify reasons why customers cancel prior to installation and after the installation. The will perform variety of retention methods and coordinate with local offices to facilitate new installation and service dates. The Sales Administrator will complete reports, update records, monitor sales, listen to phone calls, and provide feedback to management personnel on various findings. They will assist with enhancing the current quality practices and efficiencies of our call center training. This will be done using a mix of quality assurance reviews, side by side learning, and classroom style sessions (fill-ins), updating the knowledge, and other training documents.We promote a style of leadership that emphasizes coaching to help all of our associates perform to the best of their ability.
Essential Duties:
- Monitor Nucleus and ensure records are being updated correctly.
- Research tech issues, concerns and complaints.
- Create daily, weekly and monthly reporting related to residential sales segment.
- Identify and report trends in the call center.
- Review sales calls and provide feedback to the CSRs on a monthly basis.
- Assist in monitoring sales calls for residential and Exede.
- Aid CSRs in finding the answers to their questions on policies and procedures.
- Provide quality assurance call monitoring to the customer service team.
- Identify and retain customers cancel both prior and after installation.
- Contact customers when account has been flagged as fraud.
- Contact and retain payment from current customers.
- Completing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
Sales Administrator - Minnetonka, MN Experience/Qualifications:- Must have a Positive Attitude.
- QA Score or 95% or higher in all months in the last 3 months.
- Less than 5 attendance points YTD.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Detail orientated.
- Ability to work in dynamic/team orientated atmosphere.
- Possess excellent communication skills and be able to meet deadlines.
- Position also requires maintaining confidentiality of company materials.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
- This position pays $14.00/hour.
