Job Description:

LabCorp is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for their Clinical Toxicology/Pain Management sales team which has a focus on sales growth and retention of business in the following market sectors:

· Prescription drug monitoring (pain management) including specialty clinics and physician office

· Physician directed drug testing in Hospitals and associated Outreach programs

· Substance abuse treatment / addiction medicine including treatment centers, clinics and physician office

This position will be responsible for servicing new and existing accounts to include training, routine communication, relay of information and new services, and liaison for billing or other service requests for an assigned geographic territory. The Account Specialist will partner with the Specialty Development Executives (SDE) in their designated territory to manage account retention and support sales growth. The Account Specialist will also assist with territory prospecting, lead tracking, scheduling and routine reports. Periodic travel will be required.
