Corporate Sales Training Manager - Medical Devices (946) at Minneapolis

Our client is looking for a Corporate Sales Training Manager who will be responsible for the development and implementation of programs within the corporate sales organization. This role will develop sales education programs for experienced and high performing consultative sales professionals representing all divisions of the Company. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in development and delivery of training programs, clinical training, modules, and training workshops. Also, experience in marketing or solutions selling is highly desirable. This position is located in MN.

Responsibilities

  • Create new and innovative classroom and virtual training processes to provide a world class training experience. Takes the initiative to drive change and constant improvements to the current programs.
  • Apply principles of adult learning to ensure training effectiveness and access resources to keep current on industry best practices.
  • Manage external vendors to complete projects on time and in budget.
  • Ownership for the New Hire and other training included in the sales training continuums.
  • In collaboration with the sales training management team, designs and implements an evaluation to assess the effectiveness and adoption of the sales training continuum.
  • Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of results in medical sales and/or marketing, leadership and training.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, e-mail and the effective use of presentation software.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Education, or related field; medical device sales/marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience in the development and delivery of training programs, clinical training, modules, and training workshops.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and execute a plan to success.
  • Demonstrated written and oral English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt and change within dynamic corporate and business environment.
  • Solution or consultant selling a plus.
