RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Providing product and pricing assistance for international dealers in Asia and Europe
• Providing export and shipping assistance
• Scheduling orders in Marvin’s order management system (ICIM) and completing container schedules
• Assisting customers who are not fluent in English

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Two year degree or equal experience
• Foreign language skills in Japanese
• Product and warranty knowledge and the ability to process quotes are necessary
• Must have a good understanding of export procedures and manufacturing and shipping processes
• Good communication skills, written and verbal
• Excellent computer skills
• Good math skills
• Experience in international business would be helpful

 

HOURS:  Mon. – Fri. 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
