We are looking to immediately fill a Distribution/Claims Specialist role to work within a Corporate Logistics Group at one of our premiere clients in downtown St. Paul. This is an excellent opportunity to continue building your background in this industry while getting an opportunity to get your foot in the door at a well reputable company!Main Responsibilities Initiate and process freight claims for multiple divisions to include documentation and follow up on outstanding claims and claim payments Subject matter expert for all claim related questions Utilize Access database for invoice coding Assist Freight Audit team with payment resolution Ad hoc duties as assigned Manage carriers, transportation, warehousing Support all warehouses in U.S.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years in similar role dealing with Logistics, transportation, freight claims Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Typing, and Access Familiarity with Bill of LadingsPreferred Qualifications Post-Secondary degree in Communications or Transportation 1+ years corporate experience in companies with more than 10,000 employeeAdecco provides one of the most comprehensive benefits package in the industry to contract workers.
