• Fulltime
• Monday  through  Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Call Schedule 1/6
• The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide primary care across the spectrum of ages
• Performs H&P’s and standard clinical procedures as well as patient wellness counseling

Requirements:

• Masters Degree
• Current Minnesota NP or PA licensure or immediate eligibility
• Primary Care experience
