JOB SUMMARYThe General Labor 2 Lead position is responsible for one or more departments, training and quality control, supervising production flow and schedule, implementing changes, communicating with other Leads to meet and anticipate needs. There are a variety of tasks this position performs, which may vary from day to day. The tasks to be performed include, but are not limited to the following:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- RTS Unloading packs and building trolleys for grading- Stocking Stocking graded garments on inventory rails- Pulling Pull requested garments using the Pull Report
- Taping Applying user license/barcodes in garments
- Quality Control - Performs quality inspections of the garments.- Shipping Closing tickets, packing garments, loading trucks

Job Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant experience working in a production environment is preferred, but not required.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, LICENSES etc.:
- This position requires someone who has the ability to meet or exceed production quotas and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is not temperature controlled. The tasks assigned may vary on a daily basis, which requires someone to be flexible in performing a variety of general labor duties in order to meet business needs.
