As an Assistant Store Leader your primary purpose will be to support the efforts of the Store Leader. You will assist in achieving daily goals, operations, training of co-workers, recruitment, merchandising, supervision, inventory control and most importantly to ensure that the highest quality of customer service is being met on a daily basis. This is a fast paced position and the ability to multi-task is essential!
Work Schedule:This is primarily a 2nd shift position where Assistants will typically work Noon-10 pm during weekdays and will be required to work 2-3 weekends a month depending on the needs and circumstances of the store.
