Network Voice QA - Auditor at Richfield

Kforce is seeking a Network Voice QA/Auditor in Richfield, Minnesota (MN).

Job Description:

The person in this role will be required to assist on the upcoming project at their client. This person will submit the change in the evening into ITSM Change Management system. It is roughly 15-20 per night so they will be having 15-20 branches per day to work on. This individual is involved in the rollout of the IPT internet protocol telephony. This will be both pre and post deployment check and audits for the system. They will need to be able to configure routers and compare them against documented standards. This person needs to catch the issues before deployment and send Engineering team the issue for fix. Rather than actually making the changes they are auditing to catch the problems.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience


• 5 years within a total IT environment


• 5 years experience with managing day to day delivery of satisfactory network services and VoIP to clients


• Data and Router Configuration is most important (Cisco)


• CCNA Cert


• ITSM


• VoIP
