Production Supervisor

Candidates should have a minimum of a two year technical degree or 3 years related supervisory experience. This person will lead and supervise union personnel in one or more production departments. Principal objective of this position is the effective orchestration of resources to produce a quality product; cost effectively and predictably in a safe, healthy and respectful environment. Other duties include planning, scheduling, audits, recruitment, training, evaluations, production process control and inventory management. Candidate must also be computer literate and should have experience in and ISO and lean manufacturing environment.
