Preschool Floater (Early Afternoon to 6:15)

Due to increased enrollment, The Goddard School in Plymouth (Plymouth magazines best preschool in Plymouth 2013 and 2014) has immediate openings for dedicated Teachers Assistants and Aides.

We will not just hire anybody. If you are passionate about working with kids, please reach out, youre the type of person we want to meet!
Looking for someone to work early afternoon to about 6pm. 

We are currently accepting applications for happy, enthusiastic individuals who are interested in welcoming children into our preschool every afternoon.  This is someone who would like to work approximately 20 hours per week.

The Goddard School is a renowned program with a Piaget (Learning through Play) based foundation and continues to set the standard for excellence. The focus of the program is to provide a life-long love of learning!

Our staff is made of loving and dedicated teachers who understand each childs needs. They are highly qualified childhood educators who are able to use their creativity and the Goddard Developmental Guidelines as the basis for unique lesson plans that are brought to life in a fun and imaginative way.

Job Requirements

Must be able to work every afternoon M-F starting at about 1pm.
Must be very punctual and very reliable.
Must be 18+ and a high school graduate
Center experience not required but a plus.

Lead Teacher Qualifications:
AA or CDA with two years experience
OR
B.A. degree in Early Childhood Education or similar field and one year experience
OR
A similar mix of education and experience

Assistant Teacher Qualifications:
* 12 post-secondary credits in early childhood development or a related field.
* Experience working with children ages 6 weeks-6 years.
* High school diploma or GED.
* Minimum of 18 years of age.

Aide Teacher Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED.
* Minimum of 18 years of age.
* Experience with 6 weeks to 6 years preferred, not required.
