CNC Machinist at Minneapolis

Job Classification: Contract We are looking for a CNC Mill Machinist to setup and run parts with mill and lathe machines. This individual would be joining a highly-respected and growing department and this position is long-term.Job description:-3+ years experience as a Setup CNC Mill and Lathe Machinist (Haas and Miyano machines w/ Fanuc Control experience preferred)-2+ years CAM programming experience. Surfcam 6 knowledge preferred, but would consider solid Mastercam or Gibbscam individuals.-Must be proficient with blueprints.-2+ years experience with Fanuc controls (Laser machine, 3 CNC mills and 3 CNC lathes use fanuc controls). -Needs to be good at verifying with measuring instruments like gauge blocks, height gauges and dial indicators, as well as other precision measuring instruments (CMM/Faro) and used to close tolerances.-Will need machining tools-Must pass drug test, background check and physical examThis position is first shift and provides a good possibility of overtime.
