Venteon is looking for one special person to join our Accounting and Finance Division as an Executive Recruiter / Recruiter. We are a leader in Accounting and Finance recruiting and will be a dominant player for years to come! We are looking for someone with the following qualifications to join our firm and help us grow:
Candidate Profile:
- Accounting professionals who are bored with day to day accounting activities.
- Professionals with business to business sales experience.
- Recent college graduated with a Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Self-motivated, high achievers who are not satisfied with a “desk" finance job.
- People who enjoy candidate and client interaction versus crunching numbers.
- Candidates who love the “art of the deal" and who have superior presentation skills.
- A background in outside sales or a desire to make a career in the Staffing industry.
Job Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruiting prospective candidates via, sourcing, networking, direct contact and internet recruiting.
- Conducting interviews with prospective candidates.
- New business development with prospective clients.
- Generation of job orders with clients.
- Development of client and candidate marketing campaigns.
- Briefing and debriefing of candidates and clients.
- Deal negotiation and closing deals.
- Participating in recruiting at job fairs, career seminars, etc.
