Operations Manager

Job Description

The job of our Operations Managers is to ensure that our members receive exceptional service from a happy, friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility.Operations Managershire, train, and superviseall fitness, babysitting and janitorial staff, resolve all membership issues, update past due accounts, manage payroll and supplies budget, and uphold company standards.

• The position is full-time Monday-Friday
• Management experience of 3+ years or a 4-year degreeis necessary
• Interest in health and fitness required
• As part of your training you will be taught 2 classes from our group exercise program
