Wholesale Technology Services - Wholesale FX TechnologyWholesale FX Technology group is looking for a talented, highly motivated individual to manage a team of senior technical analysts. This team is responsible for managing all work that comes into the International Remittances Technology group which supports the following applications: Customer Management and Reporting (CMR), International Transaction Remittance Adapter (IRTA), Open Payment Framework (OPF), and Global Check Clearing (GCC). Candidates should be able to operate independently, are fast learners and are comfortable starting with ambiguities and high level strategies and produce technical documentation after thorough analysis for developers. Specific responsibilities are as follows: Oversee analysis, design and execution of technological solutions. Document procedures and processes for smooth operation of the department. This includes tracking to ensure that processes are being followed and suggest improvements over time. Manage all work coming into the group and oversee its completion.Leads a large and/or specialized Business Systems Consulting group that plans, conducts and directs analyses of technological solutions that are highly complex, strategic and may be enterprise-wide. May have both direct and matrix management responsibility, with subordinate managers and high level individual contributors as direct reports. Interacts frequently with senior management, demonstrating influence and negotiation. Ensures effective and influential relationships with vendors and other external contacts. Recommends technology policy on behalf of the line of business and coordinates policy development with systems leadership. Participates in systems planning. Identifies risk factors and ensures enactment of appropriate controls. Reviews RFPs and has responsibility for vendor oversight and selection. Develops and administers budget. Jobs which support brokerage activities may require specific FINRA securities registrations. Required registration(s) vary based on specific job responsibilities.

Job Requirements

* Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of management experience.

* Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a variety of contacts including senior level managers.
