Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) at Plymouth

Job Description


Sleep Number is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner (Temp) to primarily oversee, plan for and execute recruiting for Sleep Number’s Services and Fulfillment area, specifically for Customer Service and Home Delivery positions.


Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage relationships with internal and external candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Identify candidates by creating unique sourcing strategies, conduct behavioral based interviews, manage and streamline the recruiting process, and make offers.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the process via communication from initial contact to final interviews.
  • Contribute to the development of and implement effective recruiting strategy plans that impacts the ROI of the overall business (i.e. work load, candidate flow, quality of hire, etc.)
  • Deliver on-going recruiting and interviewing training to business partners (i.e. Store, District, and Regional Manager level) and all interviewing parties.
  • Influence change and manage “push back" communication with District Managers and Store Managers through positive but persistent follow-up communication.
  • Create and/or manage complex processes with mid-level organizational impact.
  • Lead and/or participate with cross functional HR partners on project work.
  • Take on subject matter expert projects as needed.

Job Requirements


  • 5-8 years in a recruiting function or related role
  • Advanced candidate sourcing skills
  • Ability to partner and build rapport with mid-level business partners both internally and externally
  • Understands driving factors that impact the business
  • Project Management skills or the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR (or related field) or equivalent work experience required
  • Various ATS systems (iCims and Oracle – I Recruitment currently) and proficiency in current Microsoft software
  • Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel as business needs require
  • HR Generalist knowledge preferred
