HRIS Analyst
Assist in the administration, implementation and enhancement of HRIS. Support all areas of a global business while using your knowledge of multiple HRIS systems. Lead projects and collaborate with team members to achieve exceptional results.
Overview of role:
- Administration of benefits and other related HRIS systems, such as ADP HWSE, ADP Total Rewards, and ADP EV5. System setup for plans and structures, maintenance, reporting, training others, troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Identifies process improvements, systems enhancements and issue resolutions.
- Technical lead for talent acquisition/recruiting/onboarding systems (Taleo Business Edition). Supports a global rollout and assists in resolving issues.
- Writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports utilizing reporting tools like Cognos 10, ADP Report Writer, and Impromptu. Assists in development and scheduling of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Maintains data integrity by running queries and analyzing data.
- Responsible for regulatory, internal audits and compliance data of ERISA plan benefits. Coordinates with internal and external partners to produce data for the Sarbanes Oxley and other related audits. Prepares and submits EEO reports annually.
- Ensures data integrity, tests system changes, generates reports and analyzes data flows for improvement opportunities. Acts as a liaison between users, management and developers on HRIS system issues and projects.
- Develops/supports interfaces and data feeds to other HRIS systems and audits 3rd party vendor data feeds. Supports upgrades, patches, texting and other technical projects as assigned. Thoroughly documents processes, support articles and other training materials.
Required Background and skills:
- Bachelors Degree in HR, IS, Business, or a related field; 5 years in HRIS using systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, UltiPro, Lawson, etc.; or an equivalent combination of both education and experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience of ADP Enterprise (EV5) and ADP Health and Welfare Service Engine.
- 2 years of benefit administration and 2 years in process analysis and project management
Preferred Qualifications:
- HRIP (Human Resources Information Professional), PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)
- Experience with Taleo Business Edition or other talent acquisition/onboarding applications
