Job Classification: Contract Currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to work in a call center environment. In this role, candidates will interpret coded audible or visible signals received on alarm signal board from subscribers premises that indicate opening and closing of protected premises, unlawful intrusions, or fire, etc. and dispatch to the proper public safety agency when necessary after receiving an alarm. Candidates will also answer the phone promptly and courteously by limiting the response to three rings and assisting the customer immediately with any help they may require.Hours:Training: Monday - Friday from 4pm-12am.Hours: 3:30pm-12am OR 11:30pm-8am (including weekends and holidays)Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED- Ability to work every weekend and holiday- 1+ years of call center experience Join Aerotek Professional Services®.
