Regional Brand Compliance and Audit Specialist at Minneapolis

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: 

 

This position is responsible for visiting automotive repair franchise locations in an assigned region and conducting franchise brand compliance and operational/financial audits.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Conduct retail store brand compliance audits to ensure that brand standards and guidelines are followed.

Conduct retail operational/financial audits to ensure that operational guidelines and financial controls are followed.

Monitor franchise compliance using reports and financial / operational audits.

Audit franchise royalties and make recommendations based on findings.

Assist all parties involved to solve compliance related issues.

Exercise strong, fair and consistent professional relationships with all Franchisees and their associates.

Follow all safety practices as outlined in policy and procedures.

Manage personal travel scheduling and expense control.

Work with little or no supervision.

Extensive travel throughout assigned region, both by car and air.

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college / university or a minimum of two years audit / accounting / retail operations related experience / training.

Retail customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of the organization.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.

Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Excellent computer skills required.

Ability and willingness to have a substantial amount of travel (75%).

 

 

A strong candidate will also have:

 

Experience working in a retail franchise owner environment.

Ability to write detailed reports and correspondence.

Experience analyzing and interpreting documents such as P&L Statements, Financial reports, Policies and Procedure manuals
