Are you enthusiastic around developing passion for customer messaging and product training?  As a Retail Marketing Trainer with Navitor, you will use your talent to both create and lead training sessions for store associates to promote our products and services in simple yet effective methods.  By combining your creative & innovative skills with your detail driven attention, you will assist in the ideation and facilitation of Marketing/Sales training materials used to promote sales growth, employee education, and program awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend and assist in the development of Training curriculum and Marketing collateral to enhance the performance of the Store Associates.
• Facilitate new product/program/process training and ensure appropriate delivery method for internal and external teams.
• Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques.
• Coordinates training sessions with internal and external teams.
• Provide individualized coaching and mentoring in highly supportive, nurturing and developmental environment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in facilitating training sessions in small and large group formats.
• Must possess the ability to work independently with others in a positive and constructive manner.
• Excellent communication, analytical and creative problem solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast deadline oriented environment.
• Experience with Social Media outlets such as YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, blogs.
• Knowledge of effective presentation softwares: Prezi, PowerPoint, ProPresenter.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Office headquarters at North Mankato, MN – on-site most of week with ability to travel to customer site for training facilitation and meetings 30% of your time.
• Preferred - college degree in Marketing/Sales/Public Relations or 2-4 years progressive training experience in a high volume customer service driven environment.
• Web analytics experience preferred.
