Job Classification: Contract Job Description:The Helpline Representatives will be answering inbound calls and provide telephonic assistance to participants who call in regarding the programs. The Helpline Representatives work in a team environment with other helpline representatives, health advisors and health coaches to make sure that client and participants questions are being answered. They Helpline Rep will be taking around 50 - 100 calls based on the call volume and the call can last anywhere from 3 - 7 minutes. The Helpline Rep will be maneuvering and navigating through multiple screens on each phone call and they must document each conversation that they have. The conversations on the calls will include the following,-Scheduled appointments with approximately 80 plus participants with their designated health coaches- Ensure HIPAA policies and procedures are followed correctly to maintain participant PHI confidentiality-Verifying the participants personal profile information and updating any changes.-Assist participants with questions that they have about the website and Health programs that are available to them.-Determine needs of the participants and transferred calls as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction Join Aerotek Professional Services®.
