Job Classification: Contract Job Description: A company in Minneapolis needs 2 operators on second shift and 2 on 1st shiftThe environment is dirty and can be hot or cold based on the season, butte company produces some amazing parts that are used in military operations. Responsibilities include operating a trim machine and de burring partsOpen ended contract to hireMon-Thursday with overtime hours expected on Friday 1st shift 5 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. Mon-Thursday with overtime hours expected on Friday and Saturdays- Saturdays can sometimes be mandatory.2nd shift is 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. Mon-Thursday with overtime done on Friday and Saturday Work Environment: Heavy manufacturing environment, can be hot or cold Qualifications: Must have at least 6 months recent experience in manufacturing- machine operation or fab preferredMust have steel toes bootsMust be able to pass employment screeningPerformance Expectations: They will be measured on how many parts per hour they get out on the trim pressFirst day they will be given a 1 hour training and will start operating the trim press right awayThe best employees dont mind the die cast environment and keep up well with the parts coming off of the linePeople will be disqualified if they cant lift 50 lbs or cant pass screening requirements.Apply to learn more!
