IT POS - Field & Help Desk/Tech Support

LEEANN CHIN - Now Hiring Full Time IT Support Tech experienced with multi-site restaurant POS environment & Help Desk to perform variety of hands-on technical support to our corporate office, production, distribution & 45+ restaurants in metro area. IT Support Center is based in Burnsville and requires travel to Leeann Chin restaurants in metro area & may require travel outside TC area on rare occasion.

 

Successful candidate MUST possess experience with: Aloha or Micros POS, Help Desk and supporting networks

 

Prefer candidates with: Windows, Windows Domains, troubleshooting wiring, peripherals, Microsoft Office (2003, 2007), i-Pads, TCP, Cisco networking equipment and VPNs, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Policies, Symantec Endpoint Protection and monitoring.
 

This position requires strong communication and organization skills. Must be able to work independently and take initiative with projects. Field work requires candidate to have reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Candidates must successfully pass background check.
