Apple Valley Ford Lincoln has immediate openings for Automotive Sales Consultants.  Earnings of up to 100K plus per year.  We are part of the Apple Auto Group and offer career advancement.  We are located at  7200 W 150th Street, Apple Valley, MN 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

• Develop personal selling skills though continued professional training on technique and product.
• Work with customers to determine what their vehicle needs is and discuss the options.
• Be proactive by seeking new customers through prospecting and referrals.
• Follow the dealerships processes and procedures to ensure an excellent rating on the sales, delivery and follow-up process from each customer.
• Use closing techniques effectively; ask for help from management with closing when necessary.
• Set goals for each months productivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives.
• Maintain customer information and contact management system.

• Previous Automotive sales experience is not required.
• Proficient computer skills including email and internet experience.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Professional and respectful.
• Outgoing with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport.
