Ensure a safe and healthy environment is maintained at all times. Team Lead must be accessible to the production team 95% of the time. Must have the ability to learn and perform.Roles and Responsibilities:Perform quality checks in all assigned areasWould be responsible for quality inspection process in Finishing area.Provide first response to Equipment and Parts issues/concernsTrain and oversee training of team membersWork with team to assure quality product and follow documented work instructionsMonitors and maintains 5S in their assigned areasFills in as back up for absences per SupervisorUnderstands and support safety policies, initiatives and training programs.Ability to locate and use the HazCom labels and MSDS information.Work overtime as needed to complete daily tasks or projects.Work Environment:Regularly required to stand (90%), walk, climb, bend during work day. Exposed to noise, dust, fumes and odors on a daily basis.
