Kato Engineering, Inc., a business unit of Emerson Industrial Automation, is currently seeking aTEMP Lamination Stackerin North Mankato, MN.

• Stacks and aligns rotor and stator laminations for assembly of cores.
• Measures stack, using ruler and adds or removes laminations to bring core body to specified size.
• GMAW tack welds must meet certification requirements
• Daily/weekly TPM tasks must be performed with accuracy and consistency.
• Uses various hand and power tools as well as requiring spot welding under general supervision.
• Instruction provided on new work, variations, etc.
• 5,000 hours to become familiar with work, materials, equipment, work methods, procedures, and to attain proficiency requirements as to welding quality and quantity of work.
• Performs other duties as designated by supervisor in the same salary grade or below.

Job Requirements

Requires a vocational or high school graduate or equivalent.
