As a Product Builder you will perform a variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations under general supervision using tools such as microscopes, drills, soldering guns, pliers, crimpers and other hand held tools in the production of coronary catheters.
Fully support the Quality Policy by building quality into all aspects of the incumbents work and by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements (including but not limited to being current on all training requirements for the incumbents position and documenting that training).
1. Follows verbal and written instructions in completing at least half of the assembly and subassembly processes required within a specific department.
2. May work from engineering drawings, with nonstandard equipment, or in relatively complex processes.
3. Performs visual, in-process and final tests to verify quality conformance.
4. Maintains operating records and reports of test results.
5. Maintains housekeeping tasks to assure safety and purity of product.
6. May train new employees or evaluate the quality of their work.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
?High School Diploma or GED
?Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
?Basic reading, math, measurement and manual dexterity skills
?Comfortable working with a computer on the job
?Ability to commit to position for 12 months
?Understands and adheres to safety policies and practices
?Demonstrated ability to follow strict production processes and maintain high quality standards
