We are seeking personable individuals with strong customer service skills, and the ability to achieve monthly call volumes, to work with participants from BI WORLDWIDEs loyalty reward program, Foodservice Rewards. You will be working on the phone with current participants of the program communicating current promotions and program benefits. The calls are the opposite of nagging, collection calls, but are actually fun because the participants love the easy program that allows them to earn rewards for free! This position is long term, full or part-time temporary, (flexible hours) with anopportunity to be hired.
