We also work with other McGladrey partners and professionals to leverage client relationships and expertise to support the execution of business objectives.We are currently looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team.Position DescriptionThe Senior Administrative Assistant position performs a variety of advanced administrative functions for members of the management team, as well as the Accounting Industry Services leader. This includes routinely developing presentations and advanced spreadsheets, and managing multiple projects involving complex and confidential data.Essential Duties- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting preparations, and calendars- Create advanced presentations without the aid of a template- Create and work with advanced spreadsheets- Receive and respond to advanced correspondence- File, photocopy, scan, prepare, and distribute documents and other material- Track and coordinate Continuing Professional education- Compile, collect, and analyze moderately complex and confidential data for projects- May coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure adequate support is available throughout the day for area of responsibilityBasic Qualifications-High school diploma or GED-3-5 years experience in a related field or area-Prior experience in an administrative assistant role supporting 2 or more team members with general administrative needs-Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills-Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics and tables, speaker notes and handouts, etc.-Ability to communicate both verbally and written with diverse audiences-Demonstrates a working knowledge of the technology tools required within assigned responsibilities-Effective organization and time management skills-Ability to manage multiple tasks-Strong attention to detailPreferred Qualifications-Advanced Microsoft Office skillsYou have high expectations for yourself and your career.
